But just barely. I bought a Felt Broam 40 (58XL) and I believe it to be slightly too big for me. I’m out of my return policy because life and because work and because time, I want able to ride it until much later. I’m 6’ and it feels a little too big. The stem is 110mm with a -/+18 and the seat post is 12* and yea. I feel too far forward and when I stand over the bike I’ve got about 1/4 before it hits my nuts. What are some adjustments I can make to make it fit a little better? Thanks for all your insight 🙌🏼

Shorter stem, less rise. You won’t be spending much time standing over your top tube, so that’s not super relevant.
My bike had too much reach from the bike shop. A shorter stem solved the issue.
Shorter reach handlebars too. [Specialized have a 65mm reach bar](https://www.specialized.com/us/en/short-reach-handlebars/p/156040)
It set up like it’s too small though. 🤷♂️
Bike looks fine to be honest. Just depends on your comfort. I am 5’ 10 and I rock 120mm stems. As others stated get some shorter stems. Or give it a bit to see if you just need some time to get used to it.
At 6′ a 58 may be a touch big. In any case, Looks like your seat can go back a bit, and swap to a 6o stem that’s a bit shorter (try 100mm)
Put a shorter stem with -+6 degree stem. That stem has way too much rise and is probably too long. You may want to consider getting fit on it. Did you buy it from a shop new? Ask them to fit you on it real quick if nothing else. Usually bikes do a free basic fit if you buy the bike from them.
That stem is huge. Get a shorter one
Got a 58 as well (manufacturer recommended based on height) but i have longer limbs and short torso so bike felt weird to me. Changed from a 110mm stem to a -6/+6 100mm stem and changed everything
No bike comes a perfect fit. Returning the bike would be silly. Comfort is something you need to dial in. I have had two fittings and they were both pretty garbage, just sales sessions. The only time I was happy I followed the fitter’s advice was in buying wider handlebars.
So what do you feel you need to fix? Is it your reach? Get a shorter stem. I’m a fan of buying an adjustable stem so you can adjust, ride and adjust some more until you dial it in. Once you have it, buy a nice stem.
Here is the cheap one I bought on amazon. Works fine. FOMTOR 31.8mm Adjustable Stem… https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KBWGPD1?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
