I Just replaced the freehub and bearings in my rear wheels now my wheels won’t turn freely. It feels like it’s too tight. Any suggestions what could it be???

Get out your cone wrenches, loosen further that you did before, tighten. Repeat until you get the feel for it.
Too much preload on the bearings. Back the cones off a few degrees. You want the wheel to spin freely while still having just enough preload to eliminate end play on the bearings.
Do I have to loosen both sides?? Sorry this my first time working on the freehub
