  1. I’ve been a commuter cyclist for around 14 years but just got into cycling for fun last year. Slowly been working my way up with larger rides.

This was the longest ride I’ve ever taken.

I took my Brompton C-line for a ride along the waterfront trail in Ontario Canada.
This was the longest ride I’ve ever done, let alone on the Brompton. The bike held up great. It’s not exactly a climber but it got up some pretty steep hills with work. It was perfectly fine on dirt/grass/fine gravel, but was freaking out on some chunkier gravel trails.

My other bike is an All-City space horse set up for city/gravel which would have probably been a bit speedier, but the Brompton fits me like a glove.

Overall a very comfy ride, but I’d love to put some ergon horns on there for more hand positions.

If you live in the GTA I can’t recommend the waterfront trail enough. Absolutely gorgeous.
