I replaced the 10-speed on my bike with a 12-speed with no issues.
The difference is the gap between the cogs, this is why a narrower chain is required.

Yes is the answer. That looks like an 11 speed hub.
On most 10 speed freehubs i believe you can fit 11 speed shimano 11-34t cassettes on a 10 speed hub.

It’s pretty easy to measure with the cassette off. Theres some obvious things like Shimano 11 and 12 speed fitting the same body, but you’re missing cogs and this picture doesn’t tell much otherwise.
Yes. 100 percent will take a 11 speed Shimnano cassette. Not maybe.
You already have 10 cogs on there with a significant gap if you were to try and put on the lockring. So to me it looks definitely like it will fit the wider 11-speed cassette.

Without knowing all the details of the current hub / cassette, it’s hard to say for sure. Also need to look at the bike frame geometry too.
