Replacement for my stolen 2019 Breezer Radar Pro

My beloved 2019 Breezer Radar Pro was stolen this morning.

It was comfy, handled great, I never maxed out the gear range and it was always a lovely ride (I set several personal records on it for time and distance), had cushy 2" wide tires, fork mounts, bottle cage mounts galore… I loved this thing. Nice and versatile. I'm in Kansas City MO where bike packing on rail trails and gravel are plentiful.

Hopefully my insurance pays out and I don't have a problem replacing it. I was looking at the newer Radar X Pro, with thru axles, even more mounts, and looks like a dang fine ride for those long flat gravel rides and occasional double track.

As far as a direct replacement I think that'd work out pretty well. Plus… It's purple. I really like purple. But is there anything else in that $1700-2000 range that I should be eyeballing with equal lust? And please, pour one out for my lost love.
