A little fucked. The broken spoke needs to be changed. Ideally also the two neighbouring spokes. Not a big deal for someone with skill.
Well it’s definitely not good. Hard to tell exactly what’s going on from this short video, but best case scenario, you bent the wheel out of true and now the spokes aren’t tightened evenly. Worst case scenario, you broke the hub or rim in a more serious, probably not fixable way.
