Plenty of ways will sort some of it out, wd40, and aluminium foil, chrome polish like autosol, and there’s various rust removing sprays and gels. However the forks look really bad in parts, that might not be solvable unfortunately.
Oxalic Acid bath. Effortless and very effective.
#0000 steel wool. Spray wd-40 and then scrub with steel wool. Will take most of the lighter stuff off. If it’s scratched pretty good, you’ll have to probably sand it down and then primer and paint over it so it doesn’t rust again.
Go to the hardware store and ask for an sos pad or go to Walmart and get a metal mesh scrubber
