The UCI Enduro World Cup makes its way from the beaches of Finale Ligure, to the green mountains of Bielsko Biala, Poland!

The best in the world were all set for a five-stage test across 36.5km of brand new, never raced trails, taking in 2074m of descending, deep into the infamous ‘enduro trails’ trail network. Tough stages made all the bit easier by the roar of the passionate Polish fans from start to finish.

Enjoy!

[Music] I’m just pretty stoked to get get that first win out of the way it was amazing I definitely didn’t think this was going to happen feels incredible bit of a surprise but stoked I’m pretty happy because I kept fighting after a difficult 2023 season it’s good to be back on the podium first race it feels amazing I just didn’t expect it this weekend so it feels pretty sweet see B welcome to the UCI Enduro and Enduro World Cups here in Poland we got a brand new venue Bosco Bera is hosting a very first double header of our whoop UC Mountain Bike World Series and we cannot wait to get back into the action for now let’s see what our Enduro Riders have in store Riders begin with stage one a very technical and chunky number to start their race week weekend a shortly aison brings Riders to their one and only chair left for the weekend to deliver them to stage two our longest stage our most technical stage and by far our most physical stage of the weekend as shortly a on to stage three which provides a high intensity Trail and Stage worth of racing after heading to the Taz Zone Riders will depart for stage four which shares the beginning of stage one and then splits into a momentum zapping and Technical stage stage five will by far be the writer favorite with plenty of junk bumps and holes and a high speed and intense Trail to finish a fantastic weekend of racing our first stage of the day was a sign of things to come with our Elite athletes being met with Rocky physical terrain and ecstatic crowd a waited patiently that’s the real break I don’t know what’s happened I have to check but I have no no break super fun but so physical Eno’s back baby it’s good physical start what was the hardest part of it hanging on riding off the champagne high from Italy had hon takes a third place on this physical stage I think just keeping a high average speed like even if you’re great in the corners you need to be great on the streets as well cuz yeah if not you just slowed really fast despite a small crash cier recovered to be right in the mix taking second on the stage I probably rode a little stiff on that one it was like straight in rougher than practice like oh that was the stage I was looking forward to the most Ella Connelly Comes Out Swinging with a 3sec lead cier and hen are just over a second apart and a welcome face to the top five is Adrian lanthia NAD teammates Khloe Taylor and beex Barona take the ninth and 10th spots [Applause] [Music] respectively take to see the crowd out I was just ping everywhere cuz whatever it’s that guy yeah local favorite slavomir lucasi bounded into fourth place on our first stage of the day less than a second back last week’s number three Martin may suffer a puncture in Broken Wheel on stage one unable to fix it Ma’s day ended early Jack moer is back baby fighting through the pain and braced up he charges to second on the first stage of the day but it was Richie Roode who fought down the stage and smashed into first place so after stage one our times are looking tight our top four men are all less than a second away from each other with Richie Roode pulling ahead into first Charlie Murray is in fifth just a second back from lucasi and despite tackling the stage without a working back break Alex rudaux rounds out our top 10 our longest stage of the day stage two was just as physical as stage one with Mechanicals and crashes littering the stage the rain poured down and wed Havoc as conditions became more and more unpredictable and slippery the rain is pouring temperature dropped heaps as well we’ already heard from a couple of the riders that are down here that it is diabolical up there so that is is again dry but root and rock w super slippery so you couldn’t like carry the the speed in the corners as you wanted to so you had to Pedal out of basically every corner so that kill you and I got stretched up with the uh two left gloves today so the right hand was holding on for dear life we had a shake up with our Elite women as those seated earlier in the day made the most of the drier more predictable conditions our top contenders would suffer the full Wrath of the sky opening with El Connelly taking ninth hady Hardon in Sixth and Isabel kadura in fifth leaving the top spots open to some brand new faces Austria’s Hannah stala took third place on the stage Estell Charles a regular in the UCI uro World Cup took an impressive second place but it was Chloe Taylor taking her first ever stage win with the wet and wild stage 2 blowing the result sheet open our overall is looking very different with Chloe Taylor in the lead lead by over 9 seconds Estell Charles taking in her spoils from stage two sits in second and isabo kadura is in third followed by Connelly and Harden Frenchman Adrien de seems to enjoy the Wet n Wild conditions and pulled a fourth on stage two just ahead of him was Jack moer and in second was Richie Roode specialized Charlie Murray tamed the slippery Beast of stage two taking the win by over two [Music] seconds feel like almost ending my race on the river crossing back there missed it by like almost that much but made it through it was actually really fun drifting pretty loose but kept it out right lucasi drops into fifth place just behind Jesse mid in fourth Richie Roode into second leaving the door open for Charlie Murray to claim the overall lead stage three brought a More Level Playing Field with all of our Elite athletes facing similar conditions although these conditions were anything but straightforward with the rain continuing to pour down kon’s Ella Connelly suffered a crash on stage three falling to Ninth Place CL Taylor lit with a fire from her stage win takes sixth on the stage Melanie puan took third place with fellow frenchwoman isabo kodura salvaging second place after a crash but it was hady Harden who takes the stage in her stride and claims the win did some M but we have a bit of Frain so it’s a bit slippery sometimes there’s nothing I’m not used to it kind of just feels like a a day in the hills in Scotland to be honest well I wanted to not be quite so cautious in the wet so I was like going on to attack but bend it third corner just tried to be smooth and hit all my lines and yeah I guess I did a pretty good job of it three stages down and our overall looks like this some super tight times here with our top three all sitting on the same second Khloe Taylor slides back to third place with Harriet Hardon in second despite struggling with the treacherous conditions cier charges ahead and now finds herself in the lead for the first time today the results from stage three show the Riders were struggling after the Carnage from stage two taking fourth place was lapier zip collectives Adrien de Richie Roode fought hard for third place and Charlie Murray takes second lavir lucasi takes his first stage win of the day to the Delight of his roaring polish fans oh it’s harder than I expect it’s it’s crazy I it’s super loud on the track man like you just have to Pedal everywhere cuz the all the small bumps take all the speed out of your bike you know me I’m just pedling where I can and hanging on to it with a stage win under his belt slavomir was looking awesome and currently sits in third place overall his teammate Richie Roode now sits 3 seconds ahead in second with Charlie Murray continuing his lead remaining in first place by just under two [Music] seconds stage four brought the opportunity for our Elite athletes to solidify their leads before the final stage and they did as Chloe Taylor took third place on the stage 3.6 seconds off the top spot isabo kadura was just a second ahead of Taylor taking [Music] second and had Haron backed up her stage three win with another stage [Music] Victory heading into the final stage of our Elite women’s category Estell Charles sits 14 seconds back from Chloe Taylor who has one hand on third place isabo is 1 second ahead in the number two position and had hon now leads by just over two seconds jie Murray continues his consistent form riding into third on stage four with the YT mobs Jack moyá taking second place on the stage determined to impress lucasi charges to yet another stage win despite winning two stages over Murray Lucas 6 sits in second place just ahead of his teammate rude who is third Charlie Murray Reigns Supreme and holds on to his first place well the elite racing is well underway and this race has blown completely apart it has started to pour with rain in the early part of stage two stage three so the result sheet is anything but set let’s just take a cheeky second to catch our breath and we’ll catch you after the [Music] break welcome back Legends our uro and uro World Cup racing is well underway here in BL sco our brand new venue here in Poland and speaking of Poland a Polish sensation slir lucasi had an exceptional start to the season in Italy last weekend we sat down with him earlier in the week to hear his thoughts it was a stressful weekend the whole weekend you don’t know where you are with the fitness and where the rest of the guys are I took the win of the stage so that’s made me super happy and I felt like I can win the the race so pressure was on and unfortunately in the middle of the last stage I hit the rocks and got the flat tire I tried to push really hard going down the AG man but it was impossible to make it really fast still happy to finish fifth in overall there is a lot of chunky Rock Gardens and it’s pretty narrow it’s more like a corner into the corners so that makes you pretty tired the most important thing is to be smooth and that makes the speed there will be a lot of people uh cheting during the race but don’t have any expectation for sure more pressure a lot of people are fast and right now the level of riding is really really high my goal for the race usually is like to do my best and don’t think about the result I’m trying to be focused for racing and take a little bit out from what’s going on around just racing and uh and that’s it all of our Elite athletes have made it to the final stage of the day the downhill stage the Wide Open Stage that everyone’s been looking forward to oh bro ready to get this one done big day in the office I’m just trying honestly it’s hard here for me I don’t know I’m just cannot find my flow and my way of riding normally just try to stay positive you know if it’s sunny if it’s raining just keep charging just want to put another solid run down I think yeah there bits are going to be slippy like as we saw on the last stage and yeah I think you just got to kind of be ready for anything hang on for due life this one is rough uh and I know that the crowd is going to be screaming everybody on and I’m a sucker for that just drop in and see how slippy it is with a matter of seconds separating our top three in each category the race would be determined by the final stage a sunfield sky would reemerge to invigorate our Elite athletes as they prepare to drop in for the final stage of the day our Dark Horse Chloe Taylor brings home ninth on the final stage last week’s winner Harriet Harden crossed the Finish Line with a third on the final stage Ella Connelly for back from a crash on stage three and finished second on stage five there was no beating isabo cordua despite a rough start to the day Cura was determined to finish the day on her High claiming the win on the Wild and fast stage five and the moment we’ve all been waiting for with baited breath our overall results for the UCI in Duro World Cup in Bosco Bala Ella Connelly brings home fifth after the drama of stage three with Estell Charles just ahead in fourth Chloe Taylor claims her first ever UCI Enduro World Cup Podium as she finishes in third place and her first ever stage win despite both crashing on stage two hen would fall into second place as isabo kadura claims the victory by just 0.236 seconds don’t really know know what to feel yet I’m just looking out into the crowd and beex was roaring their eyes out while I was on the podium so yeah just trying to hold it together I seem to have a bit of a track record for kind of fumbling at the last hdle but I think yeah I mean I’m learning and I’m getting closer and closer so yeah I think there were a lot of emotions for sure um and I guess it’s always tricky when you’re the one being hunted but um now it’s the other way round so I can try and Hunt is at the next one I think it’s quite crazy actually because it’s a bit Redemption from this mon where I struggled so much and I could not like ride like I wanted to and then obviously it was a real surprise for me because I did not look the time and I thought I was quite like far away and at the end it’s like so tight so I have no idea how we did this like to get this close on such a race but obviously I’m super happy about it and uh like yeah like I’m just not realizing yet because I thought like I was triing all day so yeah I’m super sted after round two isabo Cordia takes a precarious lead on our overall with had hen only two points behind her in second Ella Connelly stays in third place in the men’s category Charlie Murray takes fourth on the final stage hoping that will be enough to hold on to the lead he has maintained since stage two Jesse melid feeling left out from the fight grabs third place on the stage but it was the yeti Fox Factory racing Duo of Roode and lucasi taking second and first resp respectively lucasi claiming his third stage win in front of an electric home crowd Jesse mid would slip inside the top five jack MOA takes an impressive fourth while recovering from a hand injury and Richie Roode smashes into third place despite winning three of the five stages the Polish sensation lucasi would have to settle with a second place by the narrowest of margins after all is said and done the top spot would be separated by a mere 0.09 five of a second specialized Charlie Murray would claim his first ever UCI Enduro World Cup win in spectacular fashion after an incredible and turbulent day of racing obviously I would like to you know be higher than third but yeah with the conditions today and having the rain come in on stage two it yeah it feels pretty good to like come out of the day and not having any major issues cuz it could have gone South pretty fast so yeah pretty soaked to come out on the podium and have my teamate up there on second place and yeah it’s great to see Charlie up there even though I want to beat them both but yeah the level of Sport the level of uh athletes are super high so you have to push uh from the start to to the finish and it’s uh making like really excited race it hasn’t sunken I can’t believe it it was so stressful like my nerves were rattled I think I’m going to get home and just collapse cuz I’ve been on you know the top adrenaline level all day long on level 11 um but yeah just manag to keep but URI right was the main thing that was the goal just attack p where I could but just be smart cuz there was so many slippery Roots out there Charlie Murray has a confident grip on our overall for the season so far with lucasi and Roode following closely behind well as the champagne dries from a fantastic day of racing from our UCI and Juro World Cup more action is about to follow so stay tuned for our ucie and Juro World Cup action [Applause] [Music] Loop one of our UCI Enduro World Cup here in bco baa encompassed some favorites from the previous day of Enduro racing with a spicy and Technical power stage on stage four to mix things [Music] up after five immense stages to cover in just a morning of racing last week’s Champion Ryan Gilchrist suffered a flat tire on the first stage he slides into the technical assistance zone for a fresh tire and sits in third place I got a uh flat on stage one a bit of a mad rush to get some plugs in that tire and get it rolling but uh didn’t seem to affect the day at all really I mean it’s just in the back of my head knowing that my tire’s compromised and fresh started ties four more stages to go ready to give it everything our first Power stage of the day was Was Won by High bikes Andrea gabo by just3 of a second over Gilchrist and right now I finished second and first Club was okay no mistake no no crash Jose bour backs up his result from last week as he sits in second place after Loop one but iano World Cup is well underway with five stages in the bank here we’re going to go and catch up with some of our leaders which happen to be under the yeti Factory tent down here in slir lucasi second place from yesterday and Euro World Cup is back up in the rankings today so has that additional practice helped well let’s go and find out my legs are empty but I’m trying to be smooth and it’s also like really tight lays on time all the day it’s like a racing mode so it’s nice slavomir lucasi finishes the first loop with a 17 second lead in first [Music] place frenchwoman Laura Charles takes third place on all stages so far and also sits in third place overall but it was Tracy Mosley and Florencia espan who brought the fight from finale all the way to be Goa bit of everything good stages difficult to make big time difference be consistent enjoy my riding and control on the power stage that it’s always can be tricky with Florencia taking four out of five stage wins in the first Loop including the first Power stage win Tracy Mosley follows was just over 9 seconds behind the high intensity and physicality of the course continues as Loop 2 had plenty more for the elite athletes to get stuck into with four more stages to battle on including a Punchy power stage on stage seven Laura Charles continued her streak and took third place on every single stage of the day the espiner Mosley battled continued as they SW stage wins all the way to the Finish Mosley kept the results from herself all day and crossed the line in second place but there was no stopping Florencia esp’s Reign they took the overall win of the day by almost 10 [Music] seconds it’s very tight all the time all went down to the last stage and I was all or nothing for it our series overall after round two of the UCI e and dururo World Cup has flourished espan taking the top spot Mosley and Charles sit behind them in second and third drama ensued for our Elite men’s category in Loop two with Ryan gilchris suffering a crash on stage eight regardless gilis held on to his bronze medal and crossed the line in third place Jose boures was also not short of drama as he suffered a flat front tire on the very last stage despite this he took the final stage win of the day which was enough to secure him second place overall but it was the hometown hero slavomir lucasi fueled by the energy from the previous day and adoring fans who took the overall win of the day overall feeling was like without the any pressure and any uh like expectation from the from the people it was like just having fun and riding fast so it it just nice day in our series overall Ryan Gilchrist sits in first place 20 points ahead of boures Hugo Pon is now third overall wow what an incredible weekend of racing here in bco baa Poland for a debut venue the times were insanely tight and there was so much exciting racing on offer we’re about to take a short break before we head to Leo gang for our next round of our whoop UCI Mountain Bike World Series and you can follow along for all the action on our social media channels UCI Mountain Bike World Series and Euros Sports cycling and we will see you at track side n [Music]

  1. Thanks, but I've already watched a heap of coverage on every riders YouTube channel. None the less, it is nice to get an overall picture of the event.

  2. Can you make the last stage live, you can get recorded sections on the stages before, a timing update but then a live of the last stage, just like DH. That way you're bringing Enduro the main MTB style to the forefront. It's not a hard concept to get right, and it's not been done before.

  3. Well done WB Discovery. This is what we've been waiting for. It tells the story of the event, introduces rider stories and gives a good idea of what the course and conditions were like. Josh is an absolute asset, great to see him bring us the enduro.

It's reminiscent of the rounds at derby and maydena with the big crowds. Love to see it!

  4. CHAZ MAZ !!!!!!!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 So Happy For Him !!!! Women Top 10 Is Once Again Froggys Versus British Empire >__<'

  5. Excellent editing and nice race recap! But please, separate enduro and e-enduro and make two full-blown race coverages. It would make both enduro and e-enduro fans happy.

  6. Thanks for the coverage and the work gone into making this vid. I LUV Enduro and I can't wait to see the day where Enduro gets the same coverage treatment as UCI DH and XC. Racing through trail systems similar to what the "average Joe" has access to on the daily, is awe inspiring to watch and more relatable than DH, (despite DH and its coverage is amazing to watch). Thank you WHOOP!

  7. Amazingly, Slawek almost won the EDR (+0.095s) and a day later he managed to win the E-EDR and by a crushing 23s margin. Considering the fitness of this competition, this is a really big achievement.

    Let's go Slawek!
