Avoid it like a plague. There is nothing Bulgarian in that place and it doesn’t have any natural beauty. Go and see the monasteries and the mountains ⛰️ and avoid this cheap dung
I wouldn't have thought Sunny beach would have been your thing if I'm being honest… If you wanted to see something a bit more cultural may i recommend a visit to either Plovdiv or Veliko Tarnovo for an overnight stay if you wanted to get a taste of the country.
As a British patriot (even though you call yourself Irish) you were duty bound to sing in a loud and clear voice on those Bulgarian beaches the Rule Britannia anthem especially its first stanza:
When Britain first, at Heaven's command, Arose from out the azure main; This was the charter of the land, And guardian angels sang this strain: "Rule, Britannia! Britannia rule the waves: "Britons never never will be slaves." Now that would’ve been a sight to behold!
