It’s stamped with cinelli logo under the BB – no serial though.
Interesting frame, can’t find anything similar cinelli wise. Help with ID, or how to would be awesome.

I know this is very random and specific, but I love the look of tattered bar tape on ergo drops
Lot of frame builder uses lugs (bb shell included) from other makers. That includes cinelli
