Here’s my midnight special with the latest version of the surly 8-pack rack and a wald 137 basket. Bag is from dark realm which I also highly recommend

Pelago is another solid option. Mainly EU based though.

Got this one for £50 from Amazon. Had good reviews and it feels sturdy. Haven’t had any issues yet and have been filling up a full milk crate with stuff on it.

Have you considered a small platform + a lowrider?
I really like being able to remove the low rider when I don’t need it, which is most of the time. It’s only 4 bolts to take on and off so it’s a 5 min process.
I just switched from pelago M rack to the surly front rack and the surly is way sturdier.

With those mounting points it’s harder to find a rack that wouldn’t fit
