Hi, anyone know what that roller thing attached close to the wheel? Been riding fixie for more than 5 yrs, but it's my 1st time seeing this. Just wanna know what is it for. Thanks.

From what I see and what’s written, it’s something that slows down the wheel, mounted to the frame. You can see that it has a lock of some sorts at the side, it’s probably used to adjust the length of the thing to adjust how hard it’ll be slowing down the wheel. I’m not caught up to the webtoon, but this is most likely used for training, like weights, except for pedalling.
