REI adv 1.1. Well I’ve actually had it for a week and taken it on a few shorter rides around the city. I debated this bike at $1600 and really felt like I couldn’t look away from the $1000 it went on sale for.
I have long term plans in the future for possible touring, but for now needed a solid commuter to replace my daily 10+ year old giant escape.
First ride I wasn’t so sure I made a good choice because it’s so different then any bike I have or had in terms of handling, but on the second ride it was pretty nice!.
All else fails I could take advantage of the 1 year return policy so for now it’s a keeper!
