I'm "refurbishing" an old MTB and I noticed these plastic sleeves in the fork (teflon?). I'd like to remove/replace them; the question is how to do this without damaging the sleeves and where to find a suitable replacement. I foresee some folks suggesting to get a new fork. Don't waste your time, I'm beyond any salvation.

Yeah, sometimes called the fork bushing
They do sell replacement ones online (on eBay here in the UK) but no idea which matches to which fork.
They should pry up with a flat blade screwdriver. The split in the rings means they probably spring outwards a bit to prevent this happening under normal usage.
Knowing RJtheBikeGuy on YouTube who services the low end Suntour forks, it wouldn’t surprise me if he has a video on this.
