That looks like what I have except I paid £4 for four circular stickers. The kit came with a strip of sandpaper and a tube of superglue. You could make your own kit. Some patches come with glue already on them though I don’t rate them.
This would be patches only (a refill) for a kit that typically includes a bit of sandpaper and a small tube of vulcanizing glue.
Not familiar with the brand but they look very close to the Rema patches I use.
Don’t buy those for your bicycle. Buy a Rema Tip Top brand patch kit which includes glue. Rema are the best and most reliable patches.
