Took my bike to a bike park over the past weekend. Worked great and no issues. Yesterday I washed it pretty good, degreased the drivetrain and relubed it. I went to go for a ride today and not my rear wheel is acting this way.
There are no visible instructions catching on the chain, cassette or spikes. Seems to have come from nowhere but maybe related to cleaning?

take it apart, clean it, grease it.
Have you checked your freehub pawls? Could be a bit gunked up pawl, that could explain both the noise and the fact the cassette moves a little bit.
probably needs servicing, like a new freehub body
