Hi folks, I live in Alberta, Canada and I'm debating a couple of different belt-drive bikes for errands, trail riding (mainly paved though sometimes hitting dirt tracks), and potentially joining the MS Bike Tour. My budget is around $2000, and I'm currently looking at the Spot Acme or the Priority Apollo, though I'm open to other suggestions. I've also been sorely tempted by the upcoming Priority Gemini but that's probably overkill (though the reliability of Pinion vs Alfine is something I keep reading about online, so I'm not sure if it's worth saving up for). Thoughts?

Another option could be the Booda Bike Hiker. Steel might be nice, though it seems to have way fewer attachment points than the competition
