Just got my new t line and was trying to set my seat height when I noticed that the insert was way too short. Did I get a long seat post or was the insert already cut by someone? The insert I got was only 3.5 inches

I called my dealer and apparently the new T lines came with the extended seatpost with a short insert as standard………
