
Riding on flats my whole life, i tried clippless today. Ok. I'm convinced. And i actually felt safer instead of worrying of not getting out… HT T2 pedals and Specialized S-Works Recon Lace. This colour was on sale with 50% off – so why not 😉

depending on the rider, efficiency might be a smidge higher with flat pedals

Why are they called clipless if you clip in?
I am most intimidated by being locked into a bike. I have no issues with skis but something about being connected to the bike puts me off. I’m sure it would not be hard to get used to but I’m hesitant to make the change nonetheless.
