I occasionally bikepack but I mostly commute. I have issues where all my crap is in a pannier rack and it's awkward to carry around when not on a bike. So far, I've either stuffed a backpack into the pannier and carried that or threaded the backpack straps through the rack. I found this and thought it was awesome and wanted to share if any of you also have the same problem. Now I can put my stuff into a backpack and take it on and off easily.
