#GasGas #GetOnTheGas #newseason #endurogp #2024

Hi, guys! We are currently in Romania for the third round of the World Championship. Today is the first day, even though we already did the super test last night – last afternoon. It went quite alright. The motorbike switched off in a curve and I did lose a bit of time there. I did well on the tree trunks. Not too bad overall. We are only one and a half second behind the winner, Cavallo. There’s a demanding race waiting for us, I believe. The special tests are very, very technical. The cross test looks very nice, yet there are many counter-slope bends, so it’ll be very technical as well. The extreme and the enduro tests, on the other hand, are in the woods on the mountains nearby, so we will dig a lot. There are some nice hills and slopes, a lot of counter-slope curves, roots, rocks… a bit of everything. That’s all for now, so all we have to do is step on the gas! A bit the return also We need to close the fork return a little bit which helps the front of the bike to stay down. The first part has become somewhat empty. Yes it’s soft look, but it does not turn by itself, this one turns by itself! We are on the top step of the podium for the second time! Well done! Here we are, today we’ve made it. We won the overall race and we are number one in our category as well, so we can say this was a very good day. I’m happy with how I rode and with the feeling I had with the motorbike during the special tests. It went well. I only slightly slipped once in the first cross test. I had to fight until the very end against Garcia. I finally managed to beat him in the last two special tests where my time was really good. I’m very happy to have won today at the 2024 World Championship. Thanks everybody, thanks to the team. We will be back tomorrow, bye! Hi, everybody! Today is day two, I’m almost done getting ready. We still have 30 minutes left before the beginning of the race. We are ready. It’s a bit colder than yesterday, about 5-6°C less and it’s a bit cloudy. Theoretically it shouldn’t rain [laughs] We’ve mounted the Medium, like we did for yesterday’s race, and a used mousse in order to have a bit more traction. That’s it, we are ready for a new day. GAS! You were too much in a hurry to step on the gas there. [Explanations in Veneto dialect]. The motorbike started to go backwards and to get back on track from there was hard, it was very steep Impossible..nothing is ever impossible. I was slow the first lap. 20% missing to be a professional! 80% It was the first time in Romania The weekend has been very positive, I must say. The race was very nice. The special tests especially. We dug a lot and there was a lot of dust. The days before the race it rained, but the ground got dry really fast and everything was very dusty However, the weekend was overall positive. We hope to come back here to Romania again in the coming years because the race was good. The next competition will be the World Championship in Italy, be sure to come! Full gas, lots of fan cheering, let’s make the Italian GP special! See you there! I am so hungry! [laughs] I would really eat anything! [laughs]
