Aight so I got a new frame, bottom bracket and cranks.
When I was installing the BB bearings I had my fair share of frustrations getting the mutherfckers in. Tried putting them in the freezer and everything.
Eventually I got them in but with a tiny bit still sticking out. so anyways I went ahead and assembled the rest of it.
The cranks spin quite stiff so I've obviously fcked something up, but I went for a short ride and it seems to be running functionally.
Any ideas on what I fcked up?

Bearing spacer too big? What frame and cranks
I had the same problem with my Eastern repeater I just bought.I had to sand the inside bearing cups due to some rough spots in the metal even though it was cnc machined.Just looked like if bike was stored in a humid warehouse for a bit,no biggie.Then just grease the cups lightly and use a rubber mallet to tap bearings most of the way in then use a c clamp to press in the remainder. A good tip is to take both bearings and spacer and put them in the normal orientation in your hand and hold up to bottom bracket first before installing to see if wider.I did that to mine and had to add some thin spacers due to not being wide enough or bearings would seize due to excessive side load.
