Picked this one up for $60 no idea what brand but honestly for that price I could really give a shit less. Any recommendations on what to do with it I have been debating on either keeping the straight bars or switching them out with some drops or bulls

Looks like a ghost bike – I’d throw some stickers or something on it so it doesn’t look like someone’s died wherever you park it. Also foot retention
Foot retention, probably straps since you have platform pedals
Yer supposed to leave those bikes to memorialize other riders who were killed by automobile drivers.
