[Music] [Applause] hello come on in I was looking I was looking through the security be pole of course you were and I saw you coming welcome to ledum garden village we are in a Richmond show home we’re filming for redro we’re back so hello and welcome right I think before we show you the door let’s turn around let’s have a look at this hallway oh it’s gorgeous this is the hallway of your dream I love this staircase I mean just that you could do all your Instagram poses on it couldn’t you and everything it’s we’ll get to this in a moment but I love it I really do love it right start with the door so I always think redro have very impressive doorways the entrances are always really good and the one thing that I do like is that there is a little covered pork area from outside there you go which means that you’re not going to get wet when your or you or your guests aren’t going to get wet while they wait for you to answer the door speaking of the door you can hear the doorbell there’s a little door Chim and a um there we go so this is all your security system oh right by the door that’s handy normally it’s tucked away in a covered yeah so the fact that’s right next to the door is actually really handy just really handy I love these kind of really nice nice arts and craft style details with the windows the door it’s really nice design to it you’ve got the the window above you’ve got a very high letter box you do which is a security feature and of course you’ve got the chain the little pee hole and the security latch now what are we standing on we’ve got an inbuilt door mat it’s always good well this is an option an option this house has comes full of options so yeah and speaking of options if you want to pause the screen now there’s an entire list of the show home options and Extras that are in this house and there’s three pages yeah so that includes all the prices and everything so feel free to pause the screen and have a read through if you f also you can speak to your um sales advisor who will be able to show you and tell you all about the different options and upgrades right what do you think about the space in this Hall I love it I love how wide it is I love how cavernous it is space for a console table and of course you can pretend that you’ve won your award thank you thank you yes I don’t know what I want an award in but never mind anyway show home calls so plenty of space to take your shoes and your coats off I like the plug and socket details a look at those so I believe that’s an optional ex you can have brush it’s a two-tone I quite like the white detail with it shall we go through a few doors yes let’s pick door number one this has got a nice of wood grain pattern to it handle feels really solid oh it’s a cupboard oh it’s your gobbins yeah so there we go you got all your Wi-Fi points you Broadband foone plugin points uh but really it’s just perfect space for something like a shoe rack isn’t it hanging coat you know you could hide people in here as well you you know you could just you can chill out it can be your Panic Room if you’re in built Panic Room no coat shoes any bits and pieces I think that’s really really lovely so I appreciate the storage in the hall I really do um the staircase staircas beautiful stair we should probably take our shoes off as well well you should I probably shouldn’t oh want to explain why I broke my toe a few weeks ago and it’s still sore and I’d rather try and keep it as protected as much as possible so I’ll take mine off yeah you’ll be a good egg I’ll be naughty can we just appreciate how I have matched my sof J I always do it but no this is gorgeous I love the feel of it just look at the stair carpet going up with the runners oh it’s absolutely gorgeous and I can’t wait to have a look at that Landing up there it’s so solid I love it oh have you noticed the textured wallpaper oh no it’s gorgeous wow and obviously a thermost attack control handy liking that oh that’s a point actually you notice there’s something missing from this hallway what’s that what’s missing I I don’t know a radiator oh you’re you’re quite right do you know why we’re missing a radiator because this house comes with well as standard underfloor heating of course it does of course it does all powered by a heat pump this really cool but yeah it’s all under floor heating downstairs frees up your wall space yeah for other things console tables can we also appreciate the very high skirting P I do love those skirting PS it makes room feel huge the height is very T so obviously there are inner workings yes some more gubbins and we have space though you could put extra coat storage there’s plenty of space in here or maybe some shoe racks or shelves whatever you want what we want to do we missed it all we have no we’ve done that one that one no that’s I going do that this one we’ve still got that one to go oh we do this one yeah there’s so many doors too many doors I wow oh wow look at this oh this is gorgeous I’m making myself at home already oh it’s lovely I have to fight to get you out of here aren’t I this is It’s a proper Adult Space I love it it is absolutely gorgeous look at the fireplace oh it’s lovely oh that’s stunning this is a perfect living room cuz it is not small no I mean just look so you could have an even bigger sofa here that is a three- seater the one behind you is a three- seater the one here that’s the benefit though as well as having none of the radiators is you can put your wherever you want and just look at the size of these coffee table and poof oh I I love the circular coffee table and poof combo and you’ve got the width to still have plenty of space to walk around it yeah what do you think about the I’m going to shut the door so we get a real sense of the I’ll go stand over this way so you can I love the window that window is huge it’s gorgeous big b window yeah with the nice arts and craft leaded window details I’ll open the window in a moment and see the Glide I love the decor it’s very calm peaceful restful it’s as you said it’s an adult space yeah so the fire will be an upgrade uh but I love it I think it really adds to the room makes it feel warm cozy homely I love it uh I imagine you’ve got plenty of plug sockets all the way around I imagine there is um a media Point somewhere I think it could be behind I can’t quite see because the furniture but there will be a media point so there’s a socket there there’s a socket there I imagine there’s one over there where a lamp is yeah cuz that lamp is plugged in there’s one over behind you so there are sockets Galore um I just I love these windows this bay window is fantastic it’s perfect for looking at more ring Oh that’s oh can you hear it come come close I want you to hear the quality you can hear the quality listen oh yes did you hear that I did hear the quality ASMR Windows ASMR I’m moving into a new market if you want me to do ASMR Windows please write in I I just love it’s just the right hyped perch and you can spy on morine and find out what she’s up to what has she been up to recently well I don’t know I I mean she’s gone off the pineapple phas now yeah what’s she on now watermelons oh watermelons and pomegranates and pomegranates what you doing with the Granite no idea she just loves them full body Deco oh oh good job she’s got that on sweet if she’s caught short in the night oh I love these oh they’re gorgeous right this room is giving me all the Vibes I love the artwork you feel like you could just sit in here with a good book cup of coffee and just relax oh it’s lovely I just want to stroke everything everything’s very textured I love it ah and there’s another thermostat as well oh it looks like then you can control the heating in every room the floor oh I I love having toasty toes I love on the floor heating get your toes toasted right we haven’t been through this door no we haven’t oh it’s a Lou t a downstairs Lou oh it smells gorgeous because you’ve got the red Row the trademark scent yes we’ve run out of ours now oh maybe we maybe we have no so if redro want to send us one H I’m just saying um it’s beautiful so again tiling will be you know you’ll have your options I think this might be porosa yeah feels really lovely good quality sanitary wear ideal standard and a huge hand wash dispenser o I love it has it got a good pump oh yes um we love a good pump we do know I love the tile and the floor combo here so again lots of different flooring options look at the height I mean I huge can I get a two scale of you in there can I touch see I don’t know should we see let’s have a look so mat is 6’4 for reference no I’m not jumping because I’m a tow no hang on um but look he he can barely I can’t even touch you can’t even touch it so that is a huge deep a huge deep L right right this must be then the kitchen it’s got to be the kitchen if it’s not then I’m going to I don’t know what I’m going to eat your glass it’s the kitchen wow oh I love it I love an island we do love an island with have a gluggle jug big gugle jug it’s not lost on it so apparently if you fill these glugs these glugs these jugs with water and then pour it makes a glugging sound there we go I like those oh wow this is wow this is Spacey it’s gorgeous just look at this kitchen who would who couldn’t see themselves in this it’s lovely pomegranate Morin Morin she’s on a detox right so I mean you can have a little Peak sneaky peek through there and then turn around and look over here it’s ginormous wow should we start in here and then we’ll do then we’ll do the kitchen yes make our way along so here we have I going to rest my weary toe the downstairs living space yeah so it’s kitchen dining living now I imagine that there’s like the kitchen is in the middle of two sides so I think you could probably choose which side you wanted what on so that you could put your dining room here the table or you could put it in the I quite like it this way out because you can see people as they’re sat down again there’s plenty of space for choice of sofas so you know you didn’t if you don’t like a corner soof you can choose armchairs or a two- seater a three seater whatever you’ve got your TV over here now this one has been wallmounted um but there’s like a console table underneath it just goes to show what you can do again plenty of space in the middle to walk around a coffee table and of course if you sat down you can speak to and see whoever is cooking in the kitchen um shall I show from this angle what you can actually see oh yes that might help um so if you sat down I’ll have a little bit of a a walk if you sat down then obviously you can see whoever’s in the kitchen we can see M now I’m focusing now on of course the French style window oh yes a door if you like so there’s two side panels and then you’ve got the French door overlooking the garden which is lovely so if I just take a little peek obviously this is a a garden that’s been designed for the show home uh and the garden obviously will be will a fence uh down the middle of it to separate out the show homes eventually when they’re sold so yes it’s a very windy day by the way very wind so I’m very glad that we are actually inside so I’m loving the living room space I think it feels very homely cozy they’ve gone for like a two-tone gray haven’t they got for a dark gray yeah it’s almost like a Bluey gray yeah and a lighter gray and then of course there’s a welth of down lights above shall we take a look in the kitchen oh are we getting ready for a rumage yes let’s have a little peek so first thing I can say there’s plenty of space here where you could either have a unit or if you’ve got pets you could put your pet food yeah that’s a perfect spot yeah I think this is a nice little extra Nook so you got the island with the bar stools you do and is that my favorite thing ah flippy plugs it’s a flippy plug and it’s got a USB oh that’s really handy is that USB yes that is USB so just flip it back down y handy if you’re doing your baking you’ve got your plugs at hand um three seats so space for three people to have wine while you’re having your cheese and wine sessions oh yes um you start here yes right let me come round Let’s Go Round The is so this kitchen this choice is like a very dark green which is very it’s really it’s really fashionable at the moment yeah zeni fridge freezer yeah and a even an extra cupboard space at the top that’s that’s where I put biscuits I’ve gotten sugar three my loves sugar three sugar three I have what did I say sugar three oh sugar three oh there we go hello Pantry C I love these you can put all your kind of your packets or your sauces whatever it might be or your tins I I do like a nice pull out cupboard uh we’ve got cupboard above the AEG oven so this is a grill oven FAS I think the one underneath is exactly the same it’s another F you’ve got double there oh there’s one underneath oh have I missed one pandra yay we love a p no just note there is a nice kind of glass panel detail ta side do it as well yeah okay what’s in this one we have another po we love a poite we do love a so you’ve got two in this house yeah you’re going where you going to put all your tins I don’t know I mean lit you could like do this well how many tins do you need well I’ve got loads of tin my tinned peach collection is known Nationwide Nationwide oh another one oh another fridge oh so you’ve got double okay double fridge double freezer so you got double fridge double freezer hers fridge and freezer yeah and extra space at the top move on to here swap sides so we can actually see okay we got a cupboard so that’s perfect for wine glasses they’re very tall cupboards look at this I like the insides as well can you just show the inside with wood effect wood effect detail loving that now these should be soft clothes as well should we test oh perfect there we go you got your isolation switches covered covered okay now I love like the way that they’ve got the backsplash the same as the MS into it doesn’t it this I think is an induction A induction induction you’ve got the extractor above if we look in the drawers o o big Cutlery drawer and I think is this one that um yes oh with pan draw underneath secret drawer secret pan drawer I’m liking that I could tell it was a very deep draw and then another one with the glass sides as well perfect for your bans and pots more wine glasses more cups and plates and bowls and lots of sockets as well sockets so this is a perfect space for your microwave for your coffee machine for your rice cooker whatever you want yeah we’ve got a cupboard another cupboard ooh we’ve got these I love these pull out shells for the corner cupboard it really helps get everything in doesn’t it it does oh what we got here green olive I’m not keen on all it no oh was that be yeah I do like out so these are really really good because it’s tued away it’s easy to put things in and you’ve got the different recycling compartments as well yeah all you got to do is wait to fill it up and then you take this out this is a demonstration of me taking out the trash I have seen you do this this is how I do it and then you find the correct Bill and you just Chuck it in and then you come back like this this is how you walk back in and then obviously it goes straight in there perfect lovely popped away nice and easy okay we have the obligatory under syn covered is that a bit different okay that’s a plasticky one sometimes they’re metal but that won’t obviously stain or and it is an incinerator as well so you’ve got your your food disposal yes inin have a look down the plug there it is there it is I’m not going to do anything with it too scared too then you’ve got your tap and so it’s like double sync basically stainless steeld oh is that the them syn Creator button I’m not pressing it press it I don’t think it’s on oh it was not on it’s not on but yes this is all and I oh just look how the the window sill is the same it’s the same as the as the quart it’s all like one big and can we appreciate this huge window that’s massive that is a great view of your own garden look at the side it’s very light and bright yes right covers have we done this one uh yes we’ done that one diger AG we like the AG we love an AG I love also the built in draining board well for this it’s lovely more cupboards more cupboards even more space even more cupboard and can we appreciate the amount of work top space yes they got all of this got the island and we still got more cupboards oh yes still more cupboards more cupboards yeah I mean you’re you’re not going to run out of space space absolutely and then we’ve got another double cupboard beautiful okay I love the different combinations that have been chosen here yeah um do you think there’s anything that could help people to make those choices ooh maybe we’ll have to go look at the customer experience suite and see what they well I’ve heard that in the customer experience Suite there is something new there’s a kitchen visualized ER where you can actually plan the kitchen you can choose uh if it’s a two-bedroom home a three-bedroom home a four or a five and you can actually choose the different option so you can see them and then you can share them with your friends and family o should we go take a look I’m so excited I know imagine being able to actually P what your kitchen is going to look like we have a look at a three bed yeah let’s have a look so what it will do is it’ll load a three bed kitchen okay oh I can see an option for kitchen island as well here we go and all these little PL is are all the things that you can change so for example shall we go with the hob so shall we have a Bosch touch control ceramic hob let’s go for it let’s go for it so as you can see it should change there you go voila nowly have a new hob right uh what else can we change we can change the cupboards what color should we have well Ken in I mean green is in at the moment should we go for a nice dark green let’s go for the dark green this is going to be oh that’s a contrast what it was that is a contrast star Galaxy that’s going to be very dark it’s G to be very dark that’s be very dark but it’ll give you the idea of like how a dramatic change that is I actually quite like that wow can we go for a nice uh White Arabesque white Arabesque where am I looking of there I think white Arabesque is going to be lovely there we go let we stick with white Arabesque you can even change kitchen island oh we can add a is it for adding a pendant light I saw Yes a pendant light above your Island and that’s all in there as well I think that’s lovely oh by the way a little birdie told me you don’t need to have reserved a home to come and have a play kitchen visualizer if you’re just interested in coming down to your local customer experience suite for red row you can have a play with the visualizer let them know you’re coming um and you can you can have a play absolutely you can create your dream kitchen yeah you can just click the save options comes up with everything that you’ve selected wow and you can scan here to say QR code so should I do it myself yeah let’s see how it works there we go got the QR code and there we go there we go so we’ve got the selection summary which ick can close and I can even walk around my own kitchen just designed it’s even got the same hob look at that wow perfect that’s lovely can we see maybe should we go for a five bed let’s go for a five bed should we see what we can do confirm and then load around here we are here is the five bed kitchen so here your big kitchens you can see the full way round you can and you can literally choose everything even the wine cooler there even an option to pick the door handle oh one choose one oh should we have the Villanova lever let’s have a look okay I want to change the color of the cabinet this is the the cabinet one shall we go for a BAL French gray French gray there there we go look at that wow let’s go with the ceramic tile should we just go for that one what’s that one the smart Minnesota Ash should we see okay maybe the white ash a look oh yes yes much better prefer that one in the Herring bone design Blanco n let’s go for that nauy Blanco have a look oh wow okay that’s that’s instantly lightened and brightened it has it’s changed the room completely yeah it’s really lovely just to come and have a look around uh you can visit the show homes and of course have a good old play with the kitchen visualizer it just makes oh it’s so much fun it’s so much fun you can create your dream kitchen and share it with friends and family what more do you want let’s go back to us in the house we’re back just like that okay so going through now into your dining are oh don’t look oh oh oh don’t look no peeking okay you can look now so they’ve done this as a dining room I think I do prefer it as a dining area as opposed to the other space but you could you can drop and change you could have a second living space if you want it’s your home my loves you choose how you want it but I quite like the way they’ve got it laid out here so how many seats of got here but an eight seater an eight seater table wow and there’s still space for a massive plant yeah oh that plants you I want to plant that b should we call her Linda yeah lindela plant lindela plant no lindela plant’s the one in my office oh yes well maybe we’ll call it Mandy we’ll call it Chlor chlorop chlorop chlorop just look at this WOW huge huge artwork good okay um if we take a look out here as well so we’ve got these big windows again so it kind of echoing the other side mirroring I should say right I like these curtains let’s turn it around and have a look because they go all the way up to the ceiling they do all the way across yes and you can also possibly wear it just a dress oh very nice right should we go through there’s another door there is another door that absolutely nobody saw in before you closed it no and oh look oh it’s a utility it is I love the utility space so normally when we say what’s your favorite room in the house secretly mine is always utility space I love it especially if there’s a boot room if there’s a boot room it’s over oh a boot room it’s over but this is perfectly really good it’s a nice big size utility you’ve got space for your separate washing machine and Tumble dryer there is a sink so we got a single stainless steel sink again and the undercovered there is space for even more cabinets and shelves if you wanted and another cupboard now have you noticed something else as well oh there’s no boiler there’s no boiler because this house has a heat pum it does and as we said earlier that means that there’s underfloor heating on the downstairs which means no radiators it’s perfect lots more space lots more space for activities lots of activities so you got space for coats you do all along here you could also put maybe pet food yeah something that or if you just wanted a washer dryer rather than a washer dryer you could have a space under there for a pet bed you can actually see the size of this utility with all the doors closed so you’ve got a a really big Under the Stairs cover that’s perfect for a PR or me or you um so I I can stand up in this bit you can’t this is somewhere I can put you if you’ve annoyed me I just go bye there never annoy anybody so mops buckets prams pram actually with the proximity it has to the side door maybe a bike possibly but there is a garage there is a garage which is through this door um it’s locked we can’t get in but there is a double garage you’ll be able to see that from the outside shot so there’s a double Garage in here so you can drive your car in if you do put your car in there most people just use it for storage uh and then you can come straight into the house also um some people can convert the garage into extra living accommodation subject to planning and building always check with your local local C always check but it is a possibility right um I think that’s all of the downstairs that is maybe we start going upstairs I think we should I’m ready I’m ready for some bedrooms oh I’m ready to ascend these stairs you’re ready for a nap oh you imagine how dramatically you could go up these stairs to have a nap I’m gliding oh it’s been a very stressful day that’s very stressful right let’s hobble I just want touch the banister all the time it’s lovely right let’s have a look at this Landing oh wow there are many doors so many doors but also I want all of them how Grand is it oh it’s lovely look I can speak to you from across the land you can have meetings we can have family meetings from across the staircase it’s lovely I love it shall we go in the door behind oh just this window oh as well it’s a big window it’s huge can we just the I the roof I just love looking at the oh yeah it’s lovely character it’s very characterful right let’s go in here oh I like this room ooh yes oh there’s a Nook there is a little Nook with a BL clay chair ah this is where you could spy on more R yes no one would know well you you could yes you could definitely get your your binocular out here and have a good old good old look around it’s lovely so this could be a nice little gland station somewhere to read reading Nook and then you’ve got your bed yeah and office space Oh and off I did not even see that I built in office space yeah so these will be optional extras as well I think these units are actually by Hammond um so if you did want a versatile space where you could have a spare bedroom but also work from home this is a perfect room for that what would you do in here I would have it as a man cave I’ve always wanted a manave well where am I going to put all more of my Tiaras in your own man cave well well should we choose myself a room for all of my Tiaras yes okay this is gorgeous this is me I would have I would have a setup like this i’ would have my computer I’d have a big Telly I’d have all my games consoles all on a nice display unit here have a big old sofa down here maybe even a mini fridge a mini fridge yeah let’s put some Popp in pop pop and biscuits and biscuits and then over here I’d actually put maybe like a weight bench a weight bench yeah I think it’s perfect for a Glam station I put all my beauty AIDS just look at his beautiful light that is gorgeous you touch it it just Falls you could also have you could also have a longer one you could you could make your choices okay I like the fact there’s just like a big blind here yeah for privacy shall we go oh they’ve used the same wallpapers in the hall as well yeah they kept all very matchy I like it should we go in here yes oh I think this might be the main bedroom there’s lots of doors there are many doors oh oh wow oh you’re in love You’ got the blot oh this is like what Ursa sits in in The Little Mermaid to do her her makeup I love it I love it this can’t be your manave can it not no it’s the main bedroom perfect Tiara storage you can have the garage so you can also buy the furniture well you can buy the dressing table and the two chest drawer so there we go I think this is a huge room look at the it’s stunning it’s huge look at that statement headboard even the lamps are massive they’re huge now I don’t like in a big room you need big statement lights so I like these this is obviously a super king siiz bed it’s huge space for chairs as well spare chain of table another bench but you could replace that with like an otoman from All Storage yes at the bottom of the bed look at that light wow it’s like a disco light let me just hear the well that’s it it’s an ASMR tingle for sure go through here yeah we’ve got two doors thermostat as well thermostat as well ah oh wow it’s a wardrobe yeah so this is a double-sided walk-in wardrobe um wow just look at all this who lives here oh I can wear that I I like a long sleeve top you do is it in my size I thought you might like that flowery blowe well it is rather fetching don’t you think it is it suits you dear it does um so could this be a space for my Tiaras I think this could be space for Tiaras but then also where will all my clothes go h you could have some Tiora Star Storage up here maybe oh I I like this space this is gorgeous so you don’t actually need to have wardrobes in the main bedroom space but there is extra wide space here for extra drawers whatever you wanted what do you think about the decor by the way I really like how calm it is for a bedroom that’s why you want it to be calm you want to be able to snooze you don’t need nobly plant pot oh nobly plant pot I’ve just noticed that that is bubly plant pot we’re very easily distracted we are so let’s go into what I’m assuming is the on before we do there’s this thing on the wall what’s that another thermostat oh is that the floor heating for the bathroom so this must be a on Suite t double sinks double sinks oh oh I can feel it on my feet you can’t feel it cuz you got shoes on no is it nice lovely you got toasty I’ve got toasty tootsies and so you could have cabinets here I think these are these are just lighted mirrors so there we go there’s a shaver po socket and O that’s funy lots of storage so I’m just going to check but I think it’s the same in the other one yeah so lots of storage again the tiling choices is really lovely in here we Haven talk about the shower just look at the screen wow o look at that rainfall oh wow that’s huge is huge let me just that oh wow that’s gorgeous it dripped on me oh no I’m dripping I’m dripping but no I like this because you can turn the shower on before getting in yes so it’s the right temperature so let’s do a reenactment I wake up in the morning all all Glam naturally naturally oh just I’ve just woken up so I I set it I’m not going to set it I think it has been working set it it comes on on and then obviously you go in and you do your bits and pieces it’s a lovely expansive glass very solid towel rail it’s gorgeous it is stunning I love it and the drain for this shower is here oh it’s in the middle yes it’s there oh that’s cool I think it’s a mirror shower Trend it looks very it’s it’s flush to the floor it is flush to the floor but also it’s it it does roll down towards the drain so the is not going to come out of the shower no no no no no that will all drain to the drain um toilet is here and then you’ve got also while you’re having a shower I can be doing my business we can have a conversation personal private t with eye excuse me we have a window with the um frosted frosted and there’s an extractor found above as well and plenty of down lights including down lights over the shower see never shower ing in the dark you always know what bits you find you can always say well I prefer to here could have a cabinet with tiaras on display there’s plug sockets as well so if you got a plug in vacuum you can plug it in there’s a l hat as well super handy okay let’s go in here what’s in here o it’s another nice ooh could this be Tiara room it could be actually could have shelves everywhere oh I like this so again it kind of shows the versatility of the rooms bedrooms don’t need to be a bedroom if you don’t want them to be this could be this could even be a Walkin wardrobe if you want it could if you wanted even more clothes space yeah but it’s a lovely size bedroom bedroom and if you look over here oh there’s even a desk with computer a kind of Rubik’s Cube rocket yeah I want and a a big camera ooh wow you could get your selfies with this couldn’t you I remember the day when you then it was like this back in the 1800s 1800s this candle smells nice tobacco and Amber oh Amber Amber oh and um yes it’s lovely for anyone wondering take a look at the carpet the carpet this one is uh Saxony carpet ammonite color o just in case you were wondering gorgeous it is it’s lovely shall we continue I think this could be my tiara room actually okay ooh ooh family bathroom it is a family bathroom so the shower looks I think it’s exactly the same yeah it’s another rainfall and you’ve got the flush facility now I’m going to try out this St so oh there we go now imagine i’ about a hard day slaving away over the stove excuse me and I and I want a nice salt bath with I don’t know minerals and all sorts oh oh I can properly lie down you can I will get in it but my toe hurts oh this is lovely I mean just imagine doing all these scrubbing everything it’s lovely oh I do miss having a bath yeah so you got your tray so you can obviously have your glass of wine your champagne pop your iPad add in what’s your favorite True Crime documentary with a glass of wine o Australian Mandarin and Cedar I love it so yeah oops what was this that fell off it’s an April Cotton rice body scrub oo looks gorgeous so I like this bathroom there’s space for a laundry basket um and again you’ve got the same sink with the storage underneath it’s lovely it’s a nice founded okay um we are walking around here logically we are so we have big old water tank yeah oh it’s made in Manchester oh there we go so this is a dayin system and it will all to be with the the water in the house obviously um so we don’t need to know how this works do we as long as long as it does work yeah we’re happy with that and it’s got to go somewhere so why not be tued away nicely in a Cupboard right last room last room must be another bedroom ooh o yes oh I like this oh could this be Tiara room possibly well no it’s got a onsite oh this is definitely a Gest all I’m weary new getting I’m weary oh it is gorgeous though look at it it is I can relax in here well you relax and I’ll continue the talk I’m really I’m digging the colors yeah it’s lovely and there’s space here for a big old chest of drawers and you’ve even got probably the option to have some builtin wardrobes yeah look inside let’s have a look inside so there we go so you’ve got the big Shelf at the top got the clothes rail there and I’m guessing it’ll be the same the other side yes so it’s all by Hammond designed with you made for you lovely oh am my that riveting right well he snoozes let’s have a quick look the on Suite so I imagine it’s going to be very similar so you got your toilet you’ve got your privacy window with frosted glass you’ve got your mirror you’ve got your ideal Standard sink and then you have another shower but this one is not rainfall what else I have risen oh you have risen what else would you need in a guest bedroom on sued wow it’s looks really nice so have we looked in here no so all all of these cabinets are the same like the Privacy glass um you mentioned the shaver socket oh yeah shave socket there we go and the tower rail is right behind you this is why you’re always in front of the camera got to mention all the details um I love this room I actually felt so calm just lying there I could literally have almost drifted off to sleep it was gorgeous it was just a lovely calm relaxing space I love the headboard it’s just it’s kind of like this you’ve got the material and then you’ve got the kind of suedette if you like over there it’s gorgeous right I think that’s all of the house it is we need to find our favorite room that’s a lot of house it is a lot of house I think I know what my favorite room is me too in mind yeah comment yours down below let’s go find it so we have chosen the kitchen obviously because it’s it’s just fantastic it’s just a magnificent space I mean you can be in the kitchen and you can speak to people in the living room bit you’ve got the dining room that’s kind of separate but you can still see it um I was also toying with the idea of the hall I love that staircase you can kind of see it poking yeah behind us now so yeah and I just think this house was really versatile we were kind of thinking oh you could have this room as this or you could have that room as whatever and I think it would just suit a whole variety of different home buyers absolutely always remember when looking at any home a bedroom does not have to be a bedroom no a dining room does not have to be a dining room you could have it for whatever you want it’s your house you can do whatever you want with it yeah and I loved the kitchen visualizer that is such a great concept oh absolutely it’s great you can make your own kitchen you can then take it away with you and show your friends and family get their opinion because sometimes you’re not always sure about what your choices are and you think oh kind of second guess or question your choices it’s nice to have another opinion so I think it’s really good of redroad to think about about that and you can actually you know share it and you can toy around change your mind see different combinations there’s a reason why it’s called the customer experience sweet yeah you do get a proper if yes and I would always say enjoy taking a look around the show home have fun you don’t have to be all prim
