There is the Farr Carbon Aero add on.

Farr make an [alloy](https://ridefarr.co.uk/shop/farr-alloy-aero-bolt-on/) and [carbon](https://ridefarr.co.uk/shop/farr-carbon-aero-bolt-on-large/) aero bolt on that’s similar to this, but both of them cost more than their [dedicated handlebars](https://ridefarr.co.uk/shop/aero-gravel-alloy-various-widths/) so I’d just buy the bars personally.
The PRO Compact Carbon Clip-On has an integrated mount. They recalled an initial product run but might be more available now: [https://www.pro-bikegear.com/us/triathlon/triathlon-accessories/compact-carbon-clip-on](https://www.pro-bikegear.com/us/triathlon/triathlon-accessories/compact-carbon-clip-on)
Are Spinaci’s still a thing ? Or here – the lookalike Tiramisu bars.

Just check they fit the bars you’re using in diameter.
Ridefarr & Pro both make mini aero bars
I’ve never tried riding aero bars, so I’m curious to hear is a setup like this good to ride? I mean, there is no armrests.
[Something like this](https://www.amazon.ca/Gub-KBROTECH-Handlebar-Extender-Extension/dp/B06VW7GXM4) if you just want extra space for accessories. If you want to actually use it as a hand position, you’ll probably just be better off getting the actual bars.
A roll bar for the garmin is all I see
Type kitchen sink gravel handlebar into the AliExpress. There are a handful of aluminum models being sold on there right now for under $75.
