New Surly Sunset bar has 110mm rise, but 14* upsweep. How is that upsweep comfortable? Can you cruise, commute, or even trail ride with it? I’ve ridden the original Sunrise bar and BMX bars, but nothing with that amount. Seems like it would tilt in and jam your hands. Interested though.

you can always roll bars till they are in level.
I am running S&M Husky 4 speed bars with 12deg of upsweep and they feel pretty good on my single speed mtb.
Depends on how you roll the bar in the clamp. Upsweep changes as you move the bar back and forth.
Everybody is different. And different bars for different use cases.
