The bearing is bad, i can feel the crunch when turning the steering. But how do i go about replacing it? There doesnt seem to be a way to remove the bearing, or am I missing something?

If they weren’t greased when installed, the bearings might corrode and get stuck to the bearing cups. You might need to tap them out in that case. If you get them out, you need to measure the dimensions (diameter height and angles) or find some descriptions on them somewhere.

They usually lift out by hand once you’ve removed the fork. If they’re corroded in place you may need to get a flat blade screwdriver and **twist it** underneath the bearing to get it to pry up.
They will usually also have a size or code on them that you can search for to find a replacement. Alternatively measure with some calipers and find a replacement that way. You can’t just order “headset bearing” off Amazon because there’s a lot of different sizes.
Probably a 44mm zero stack/semi-integrated.
Some cheaper ones have the race held in place with a circlip/ring that makes accessing the bearings more difficult, some really irritating ones have the circlip on the inside so you have to knock the cup out
Proper tool for this is a drift inserted from the other end and tap it out. You can do the same with a chunky dowel or bluntish chunky flathead screwdriver.
