Look up how to adjust a derailleur and start learning.
Derailleur isn’t witnessed to the cogs correctly.
short answer: seems like it’s wanting to jump a gear up, you probably need loosen the barrel adjuster a 1/4 turn located on your shifter.

Take it back to the LBS and have them fix it if it’s brand new, learn to fix it for the next time it might need adjusting.
