The only thing I did when I bought it was, I tightened every bolt an. d cleaned everything as best as I can, including lubing the chain. Wd-40 bike chain lube

I think that this bike is a best buy at 60 bucks
The saddle alone costs triple what you paid. Nice find.
A bar swap will be pretty straightforward, just disconnect your brake cable, unwrap the other side of the bars, and you’re good to swap in a bar of your choice. You’ll most likely need a new brake lever and brake cable, though you can likely reuse the housing. Then get some foot retention and you’re ready to rip.
If you care about the aesthetic then maybe change the brake lever and get some nice foot cages for foot retention (if your interested in riding it as a fixed long term)
If you really care you can get a mechanic to check and re-lube the other parts of your bike like your crank set, headset, forks etc.. just to double check nothing is seized. Other than that its pretty neat for $60
