Probably not, some freehubs have a wobble to them, usually the less expensive ones are worse. You can tribe the cassette and check it in a flat surface to know for sure, but it doesn’t usually cause any problems. You could have a cassette with creaking rivets/pins, though. Other coming planes for creaks to come from is pedals, seat post, seat rails, crank/BB interface, BB cups/bearings. Some of those can be ruled out by if they happen when seated/not seated.
