Happened yesterday on a ride, slow crash. Planning on heading there tomorrow, can’t ask them myself as it’s Sunday.
I can feel that one of the spokes is loose at the nipple, all others seem ok, but have no experience with wheel building / trueing. If any more details / angles are needed please let me know.

Hard to say. It depends on what kind of damage occurred. If the rim is bent beyond the yield of aluminum then it will be difficult to get it true without having poor spoke tension. Luckily you have disc brakes so there can be a compromise between rim trueness and spoke tension.

Unless your spoke nipples are seized, that should be no problem.

That wheel doesn’t look very bad, but whether not the wheel can be trued (and whether or not that truing job results in a durable wheel) has to do with how the wheel got like that.
If it happened in an impact of some kind, the rim itself has become bent. Simply truing the wheel will result in very unbalanced spoke tensions which will quickly loosen again or lead to spoke breakage. There are ways to bend back a bent rim (and then follow up with truing) but realize the wheel will show some signs of this and never be as good as new.
If it happened over time due to spokes gradually loosening, then re-truing will result in a perfectly good wheel.

We need to see the rim. Not the tire. Tires badly mounted on perfect rims also wobble.
