Mostly riding along rivers (avoiding mountainous climbs), with organized luggage transfer. First time trying it and so far so good. I still have 5 weeks of independent, unsupported bike travel this year, so a week on a bike with help is just fine. Poland is cheap, bike-friendly, and the food rocks.
