I’m thinking of starting a new project bike to learn a bit more. I have a bunch of Campagnolo parts already so i think i need to be careful which frame i buy. Is this BB compatible with most frames from the last 20-30 years that I’m likely to find used? For example, i was looking at a 2000 Bianchi reparto corse lite alloy frame
73mm is for mountain and some gravel bikes. You’re looking for an English threaded 68mm BB. I had to double check to make sure it wasn’t Italian threaded.
You can double check it yourself with callipers, if your BB shell measures 70mm then, it is indeed Italian threaded.
