Have…have you *seen* some of the bikes here on r/xbiking? Yours is far, far away from “goofy” here…”normal adjacent” for us.

I think those are just kinda goofy looking BMX bars. It would look more normal with normal BMX bars. Also you could probably flip your stem to drop the bars a little bit.

If you want some lower ones I’d go with surly sunrise those are perfect.

Surly Sunrise would be perfect IMO.
How do those Holy Rollers suit for varied paved and dry trail riding? Thinking about trying those out next, been on DTH for a while.

I had SE big ripper bars on my GT and swapped em for some Velo orange klunkers. They look better and I love the backsweep on em I’m not going back lol.

I’m at a 780 45 rise but thinking 720 was best width and 60 rise to maybe 90 might be best.

Cannondale makes a set like that that’s a lower rise

I feel these were made specifically for the 29″ big rippers and such which they look great on. They do feel a bit out of place of older 26 mtbs
