It’s a strap, this one might not work, https://shop.kuat.com/Sherpa-Rear-Tire-Strap but browse around there, or ask kuat support.
You need [this](https://shop.kuat.com/Sherpa-2.0-Rear-Tire-Cradle-with-Strap-Hardware) for the rear and [this](https://shop.kuat.com/Phat-Bike-Kit) for the front. The fat tire kit is just a front strap with the Velcro extender and it appears the rear is sold with the tray only.
There is a good chance Kuat will send you replacements for free. Contact them.
