Well, it’s definitely time for a new rim, but until it arrives you can ride this one a bit.

I’ve ridden rims like that for years without problems, usually I’ll bend the dent out next time I have the tire off (which should be pretty soon for you). That’s not a bad dent, there are no sharp edges so I wouldn’t worry about it.

I would try straightening that back out with a piece of wood and a light touch of a hammer.
It doesn’t really need to be replaced unless it starts to leak.

Slowly to the pub? Yeah
Anything else, no thanks.

Pound it back out and see if you can get it to hold air. I would be more annoyed that I had to run a tube than concerned about anything structural. I have had a pretty good dent on the rear of my trail bike for years, still holds air, I don’t care.

Nbd. If it seals and holds air wouldn’t think about it. Bending it back you risk(low risk) cracking it.

With tubeless I guess I would change it soon. Or use tubes – mine looks similar and I ride it on-/off-road without any problems (Cyclocross, not MTB).
