Yes, if someone is predisposed to be antagonistic to anyone on a bicycle, then there is nothing you can do really. At least in the short term.

yes lmao. i do what’s good for me in individual situations. if i know an area really well and have reliable visibility windows in-advance of a stop, and i see no cars, i go through. if i don’t know an area well or if i see a car, i stop. i always just let cars go first. i don’t want to deal with someone accelerating up my asshole while i’m getting back up to cruising speed lol
obviously always stopping is the Right Answerâ„¢. when in doubt, do that. you may suffer a full slew of consequences otherwise.
