My brother in law’s 1980s Trofeo. Dwelled in his basement for 20 years. I cleaned it up, put some Dura Ace aero levers on it. The Modolo speedy levers were kaput. I didn’t wrap the bars myself, and I’m going to re-do them. It has a TT pump peg, which I think came back 1986 and after.

Question maybe you know – whats up with those pedals? I had similar ones on my 1984 Miyata. Seemed like a pita as you want your foot on the heavy side which is always hanging down, so every time you start up you need to work to flip them right-side up. What am I missing about using them?
