Hi all. Was hearing some weird cracking noises from bottom bracket so I removed my cranks. I see these balls in here and wondering if I should degrease them or simply just add the silver grease that I have and put the cranks back on. Should I use water to clean the degreaser away if I decide to use it? All help appreciated.
