So I just got a new bike rack and the clamp that was holding onto another bike was very close to my bike. There was a screw slightly sticking out of the clamp and it was right next to my seat stay and I didn’t think anything of it i until I drove 9 hours and the bike and screw had been vibrating against my bikes seat stay causing a pretty big gouge. Is this bike still safe to ride? I ride pretty aggressively and often. The gouge is about a penny thickness deep.
