I’ve got it set up fixed right now, but I’m not convinced that’s the most fun way to ride this bike. Pretty sure my chain’s too wide and needs more slack, so I’m gonna fix that first before converting to regular SS.

By the way, if anyone else has wondered, I took one for the team and grabbed one of those Surly Hurdy Gurdy tensioners. My short review is that it’s great for tensioning your chain initially, but you still need track nuts to keep it there. If you take your tire off often, it’s a very small pain in the ass, but it’s pretty neat for initial setup.

This hella-used, possibly-nearly-donezo Sugino 110 crankset takes two left-side pedals. Good thing I know somebody who needs two right-side pedals.
