My Aeroad has now fallen over twice (from a standing position), which looks like a crack in the derailleur hanger to me. However, everything is still tight and I don't notice anything while riding. I Know that it could fall off completely the next time it falls over. But how likely do you think it is that it will just fall off while riding? I can't even tell if it happened by the 1st or 2nd fall

Replace it ASAP. Worst-case scenario it breaks and sends your derailleur into your spokes – won’t be good!

If you can’t get it through Canyon, I’ve used these guys for a few bikes.

This is what it’s designed for. It breaks and absorbs any impact so your derailleur doesn’t. Replace immediately!

I mean, just send it and wait for it to happen when you are pushing 1000w on the flat or going downhill. That would be fun. Do not ride it! Order 3 spares when you do.
