Can i upgrade this derailleur something modern? Because its hard to find new "wire" to this derailleur… Offcourse i have to change my wire and gear shifter too.

it’s possible.
you either need a [“claw-type” derailleur](https://cdn.shoplightspeed.com/shops/608796/files/8108335/660x900x2/shimano-shimano-rear-derailleur-tourney-rd-ty300b.jpg) or a [“claw derailleur hanger”](https://www.rearmechhanger.com/wp-content/uploads/383791631-1.jpg) so that you can mount a [normal derailleur](https://www.bike-components.de/assets/p/i/640×480/103422.avif)
since it is 7s you are at the edge of where parts are readily available
I would recommend a claw derailleur hanger, Shimano RD-M360 rear derailleur and a Shimano SL-M315-7 shifter
you are also missing a washer behind your wheel axle nut
