New shimano BB (old BB was incorrect length..), New Cassette (Old teeth were totally worn out), new wtb all terrain tires, new cables etc.. old brooks saddle and front rack transferred from my other bike, Frank the Trek. Also, new wellgo bear trap pedals.
The wheels are pretty mid and dont match, but I greased the hubs and they are pretty smooth now and more or less true.
Needs fenders, otherwise super happy with it, did a charity ride over the weekend and I thinks its quickly becoming my daily. Also, might replace the “u-brake” in the future with a centerpull system. The current set up is just such a pain to adjust… it works fine, but good lord, talk about a design mistep… (sorry to any u-brake likers out there)

Mostly stock, some standout components- Cycloid Suguno Crankset, Suntour groupset w/ friction shifters (so fun).
