I live in a place that is extremely unfriendly to bikes, so *actually* commuting from home isn’t possible (narrow, winding mountain roads with no shoulder that people go 60mph down). Not much in the way of public transit either. I still want to bike commute and reduce my emissions, so I left my car a few miles from work in a public park and road the rest of the way today. Loved it!

Good idea to cut out some of the car commuting safely
FYI…those type of carriers will ruin the back of you car, they aren’t the most reliable
If you going to carrying the bike regularly, consider getting a hitch and carrier, far safer (yes they’re more money but worth the investment long term)

Yay, so happy for you. I am going to commute on my bicycle hybrid (trail and road) between my home and the Amazon warehouse for a good morning and evening workout. 🙂 I can’t wait.
