Can get this Triban rc520 gravel for £150
The parts have been changed to cheap Shimano altus derailleur and Shimano compatible shifters so not the best but I'm happy to upgrade them if this is a good price?

Looks good, just make sure there are no broken parts, no dents on the frame, no seized bolts, no play on the cranks and check brakes/gears. Forget the rear derailleur, you can ride it as it is or upgrade once it fails
Agree with the comment, almost too good to be true, make sure the frame is alright. Still a good deal even if you have to replace components
