This is a race bike. Those wheels are kinda ridiculous. I would say this bike isn’t for windy conditions. There are only a few good use cases for a bike like this. It has great aerodynamic properties.
Judging from your sgd comment, I am going to assume you will ride this in Singapore. Don’t listen to naysayers about the wheels. Aero wheels on a flattish place like Singapore is awesome. Check the frame for cracks and damages since pricing is on the lower side but if checks out and it’s the right size, go for it.
