Trying to replace a bottom bracket. Any advice on getting this bolt out? Plastic cover is broken in a tough way can’t get at the bolt. Got the other side off, maybe can come at it from the other end somehow?

Screwdriver and try to snap it all out.
Or just go crazy and melt it!
