Rescued from the Cambridge market tents. What should it’s name be?

This is cool. Some archeological says this poor, sprayed frame was once a Peugeot way back when. I'm from Canada so seeing the bike culture in Cambridge has been quite the experience. Bikes are everywhere here but the demand keeps these old frames expensive. The bars are me and the brakes are me. Keen eyed viewers will note that I've yet to find a 10 mil wrench to flip to the fix gear side. But that's coming soon I promise.
