Usually cassette tool doesn’t fit obviously.
I tried the 2 chain method for some freewheels where the first cog needs to be unscrewed but that didn’t seem to work either

Two chain whip method is what will do it. It’s a uniglide cassette, you can see the last few threads on the freehub body.

What’s your plan? You will not find an affordable replacement. A new wheel might be cheaper.
